PROCUREMENT OF HARDWARE ALONGWITH ACCESSORIES FOR 220KV D/C T/LINE ON TWIN BUNDLE RAIL CONDUCTOR FROM 500KV NOWSHERA TO 220KV SWABI GRID STATION (62KM APPROX.)

1.	National Transmission and Despatch Company Limited (NTDC) a corporate entity constituted after restructuring of WAPDA invites sealed bids from the eligible firms/bidders for Procurement of Hardware alongwith accessories for 220kV D/C T/Line on T/B Rail Conductor from 500kV Nowshera to 220kV Swabi (62km approx.) on basis of International Competitive Bidding (ICB) through Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure.

2.	Bidding documents, containing detailed terms and conditions, etc. are available at the following address given below, during office hours:

3.	Price of the Bidding Documents is PKR 5000/- (Pak Rupees Five Thousand only). The method of payment for purchase of Bidding Documents will be non-refundable fee in the form of pay order, bank draft or banker�s/cashier�s cheque in favour of Chief Engineer (MP&M) NTDC Lahore. The documents may be collected in person or may be sent by courier for an additional fee of Rs. 2000/- for domestic delivery. No liability will be accepted for loss or late delivery in such case. 

4.	The foreign Bidders having no representation in Pakistan, shall remit well in advance of the deadline for submission of Bids along with written application, an amount of US$ 150 (US Dollars One Hundred & Fifty only) or an equivalent amount in any freely convertible currency through pay order, bank draft or banker�s/cashier�s cheque in favour of the Chief Engineer (MP&M) NTDC, Lahore so that the Bidding Documents may be sent to the prospective bidders expeditiously without assuming any responsibility for delay or loss, if any, occurring in such case. Bidding Document may be downloaded from NTDC website i.e. www.ntdc.com.pk free of cost. However, purchase of Bidding Document is compulsory for participation.

5.	The bids, prepared in accordance with the instructions in the bidding documents, must reach at above address on or before 12th June, 2025 at 11:00 AM PST.  The bids must be submitted through e-PADS as well before the bid submission deadline.Technical Bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM PST.  This advertisement is also available on PPRA and NTDC websites (www.ppra.org.pk & www.ntdc.com.pk).

6.	NTDC reserve all its rights regarding rejection of bids as defined in Clause 33(1) of PPRA Rules 2004.
