| Description | CAPITAL DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY WATER SUPPLY DIRECTORATE PRODUCTION DIVISION-I INVITATION FOR BIDS FOR 1. The Capital Development Authority invites sealed bids from firms who are well reputed, registered with Pakistan Engineering Council having valid Registration Certificate / license in appropriate category / Code for the year 2024-25, who can prove their eligibility and qualification as mentioned in the Bidding Documents for the following works. 2. Rate Running contract for rewinding of Burnt-Out Transformers installed at various Water Works and Sumps of Production Division-I, Islamabad 449,783/- 14,992,754/- Quantity and Detail of items are mentioned in the bidding documents. 6. Rate Running Contract for cleaning of different capacities clarifier, tanks sumps & underground tanks at different water works & Sumps of production Division-I at Islamabad. 144,973/- 4,832,428/- Quantity and Detail of items are mentioned in the bidding documents. 3. Bidding documents are available on PPRA E-PADS. 3. Only firms/contractors registered with PPRA on E-PADS as vendors are eligible. 4. Tender should be accompanied Bid Security /Earnest Money (refundable) in the form of Pay order/CDRs in favor of Dy. Director Production-I, CDA generated from company account. The prospective bidders shall upload scanned copy of Bid Security on EPADS and original CDR along with the application for each work separately must reached to the office of the under singed before dated 23.06.2025 (Monday) for scrutiny. 5. The prospective bidders are also required to submit their Bids online through E-PADS at http://eprocure.gov.pk before opening date. Original bids in accordance with the provisions of Rule 36 (a) of Public Procurement Rules-2004 and terms & conditions on or before dated 25.06.2025(Wednesday) 11:30 A.M 6. The Bids will be opened publicly on 25.06.2025 at 12:00 PM in the presence of the procurement committee & Bidders? authorized Representatives who choose to attend the opening session in the office of Director Water Supply, CDA, (Room No. 16, CDA Old Naval Headquarter Building, G-6 Islamabad. 7. The Firm providing unsubstantiated and / or incorrect information is liable to legal action and disqualification from the bidding. 8. The Authority reserves the right to reject all the applications as per PPRA Rules 2004. 9. The Advertisement is also available on CDA and PPRA?s websites. Dy.
