The Capital Development Authority invites electronic bids on ?Single Stage Two Envelope? basis as per PPRA Rule 36(b) from firms who are well reputed, registered with Pakistan Engineering Council having valid registration Certificate in Category C-1 or above along with project codes CE-01, CE-02, CE-09,CE-10& EE 11 for the Year 2024-25,, who can prove their eligibility and qualification as mentioned in the Bidding Documents for the following project. Electronic Bidding documents, containing detailed requirements, terms and conditions is available for the registered bidders on EPADS at www.eprocure.gov.pk and www.ppra.pk. 3. Bid must be accompanied by a bid security duly generated from firms own account and should be in the form of Pay Order/CDR in favor of DDO (P& C)CDA. The prospective shall upload scanned copy of Bid security on E-Pads in PDF and original will be provided on or before submission of bids in office of Director (P& C-1) CDA. 4. The prospective bidders are required to submit their Bids through E-PAD at http://eprocure.gov.pk and as per instructions contained in Bidding documents on or before 07-07-2025 at 1130 Hrs. Manual bids will not be entertained. 5. The electronic Technical Bids will be opened by using EPADS publicly on the same day at 1200 hrs, in the presence of the procurement committee and bidders authorized representatives who choose to attend the opening session to be held at the office of Director (P&CA-I), Room # 29, Block ?III P&C Wing, CDA Secretariat, Sector G-7/4, Islamabad. 6. Notification of the GRC constituted in terms of Rule-48 of Public Procurement Rules, 2004 is provided on EPADS at www.eprocure.gov.pk and www.ppra.org.pk 7. Project related information may be sought from the office of Dy.Director Roads Div-III, Room # 36, Old Navel HQ Building G-6 Islamabad (051-9212719). 8. In case of incomplete information or concealment of fact, the application will result into disqualification of the firm / contractor. 9. The Authority reserves the right to reject all the applications as per PPRA Rules, 2004.
