| Description | CAPITAL DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY Directorate of Technical Environment TENDER NOTICE Tenders in sealed envelopes on percentage basis are hereby invited from firms having valid PEC License in relevant category with code for the work: - Sr# Name of Work N.I.T Cost Earnest Money Last Date & Time for uploading of tenders Date & Time for opening of tenders 1 Providing & Fixing of Wooden Texture Fence at Daman-e-Koh, Islamabad. 15,608,972/- 312,179/- 27-06-2025 At 11:30 A.M 27-06-2025 At 12:00 Noon TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR BIDDER 1. Biding Documents are available on PPRA, EPADS portal, no hard copy issued. 2. Only firms / contractors registered with PPRA EPADS as vendors are eligible through online EPADS Tendering. 3. Bidder?s application should be accompanied with the bid security / Earnest money in the shape of Deposit at Call (CDR) early indication the Name of firm issued by local scheduled bank in favor of Dy. Director (Landscape), CDA and should be generated from firm?s own bank account only will be received during office timing up to 25-06-2025. No application entertains after the due date. Cash / Cheque or open CDR without indicating name of firm and applications without Bid Security / Earnest money will not be accepted for issuance of tender / bidding document. The prospective bidders will also upload scanned copy of Bid Security / CDR on E-PADS. 4. The prospective bidders shall upload scanned copy of certificate is required on original judicial stamp paper for worth of Rs. 50/- there firms are not involved in any litigation and original will be submitted at the time of opening of bids. 5. In case the total bid amount is less than 10% below the NIT amount, the bidder shall submit call deposit as performance security equal to the difference between NIT amount and total quoted amount less 10% of NIT amount. This call deposit shall be in addition to the earnest money for the work and shall be deposited at the time of submission of bids. Bids not carrying the performance security shall be rejected. The performance security of the successful bidder shall be released after completion of the project. 6. Work related information may be sought from the office of Deputy Director (Landscape), CDA. 7. In case of any gazzated / occasional holiday the tender will be open on next working day. 8. The bid security of the bidders will be submitted in CDA account and the same will be refund to the unsuccessful bidders after acceptance of the lowest bid. 9. The bid for the works will be open publically on 27-06-2025 12:00 Noon in the presence of the bidders or representative who chose to attend the opening session to be held in office of Director (Technical) Envt, CDA 10. The authority reserves the right to accept or reject the bid. 11. Advertisement is also available on CDA web site www.cda.gov.pk and PPRA web site www.ppra.gov.pk and E-PADS Portals.
