| Description | Tender No. PACB/786-A/25115025/0499/P-4 (PROCUREMENT OF SPARES). 1. Quotation must be submitted on FOR basis only. 2. Payment will be made as per PAC Kamra procedure. 3. Bidding Document for the details of items can be downloaded from websites www.pac.org.pk & www.ppra.org.pk and can also be obtained from Directorate of Central Procurement PAC Kamra (Telephone No. 051-9099-2534). 4. Date & time of tender submission is before 1030 Hrs on 25-06-2025. 5. Your quotation must be deposited as follows: - (a) Technical Offer: It shall contain all relevant specifications along with essential literature / brochure. Biding Document duly signed and stamped on each page with properly filled annexures is required to be submitted with the technical quotation. A duplicate copy of complete Technical Offer is to be sent along with the original copy clearly marked "Technical Offer without Prices, Tender Number and Date of Opening" on the face of envelope. (b) Commercial Offer: It shall indicate prices quoted in figures as well as in words, along with essential literature / brochure and clearly marked on face of a separate envelope Commercial Offer with prices, tender number and date of opening. (c) Both the Envelopes of Commercial and Technical offers should be enclosed in one cover, properly sealed and bear the address of Directorate of Central Procurement (DCP) PAC Kamra with tender number and opening date. (d). Both Technical and Commercial offer will be opened on the due time and date on single stage two envelope basis. Note: Past performance of the firms may be considered. |
