| Description | Capital Development Authority (Directorate of Sports, Culture & Tourism) TENDER NOTICE Directorate of Sports, Culture & Tourism, Capital Development Authority, invites sealed bids single stage single envelop from eligible firms having Pakistan Engineering Council Registration Certificate in appropriate categories and Electrical License valid for the year 2024-2025 and who can prove their eligibility and qualification as mentioned in the Bidding Documents for the captioned project: - S. Providing / Installation of Led Flood Lights with High Mast Poles At National Cricket Ground F-7, Islamabad Rs. 39,659,333/- Rs. 1,189,780/- 17-06-2025 at 11:30 am Open at 12:00 noon 1. The NIT cost of the project is Rs.39,659,333/-. 2. Bidding documents, containing detailed terms and conditions, method of procurement, procedure for submission of bids, bids security, bid validity, opening of bid, evaluation criteria, clarifications/rejection of bid etc. is available on PPRA E-PADS portal. Bidding Document should be accompanied by Bid Security / earnest Money of Rs. 1,189,780/- in the form of Pay order /CDRs in favor of D.D.O, Sports & Culture, MCI. The prospective bidders shall upload scanned copy of Bid Security on E-PADS and original will be submitted to in the office of Chief Metropolitan Officer, Old Navel Headquarters G-6, and Islamabad along with the Bids. 3. The bids, prepared in accordance with the instruction in the bidding documents, prospective bidders are required to submit their Bids online through E-PADS at http://www.eprocure.gov.pk before the opening date. Original Bids must be submitted in the office of Director Sports, Culture & Tourism located at Multi-Purpose Sports Building F-6 Markaz Islamabad on or before 17-06-2025 at 11.30 AM and the bids will be opened at 12:00 PM on same date in the presence of bidder?s authorized representatives who choose to attend. 4. The advertisement is also available on CDA, PPRA?s website and leading newspapers. 5. Notification of the GRC constructed in terms of Rules-48 of public procurement rules-2004 is provided on www.cda.gov.pk,on EPADS at http//eprocure.gov.pk and www.ppra gov.pk. 6. The prospective is also required to submit an undertaking on stamp paper duly attested by notary public worth not less than rupees 500/- (five hundred) that the firm/Contractor are neither involve in any litigations nor black listed by any government ,semi-government or autonomous body in Pakistan and also undertakes that if any information or documents provided by firm for issuance of tender documents is found incorrect or fictitious the firm is liable for disqualification and legal action under the law. Without the undertaking tender will not be issued to firm. 7. In case of total bid amount is less than 10% below the NIT amount. the bidder shall enclosed additional call deposit (CDR) in original with bids as performance security equal to the difference between NIT amount and total quoted amount less 10% of NIT amount. That is =NIT amount (-) total bid amount (+) 10% of NIT amount. 8. If any contractor wants to participate in tender opening process through their representative, they should issue authority letter on letter head pad of the firm depicting complete valid address & contact numbers along with attested copy of CNIC. 9. A may reject all bids or proposals at any time prior to acceptance of bid or proposal.
