PROCUREMENT OF IT EQUIPMENT FOR SME CREDIT SCORING SERVICES SME Credit Scoring Services is a Government of Pakistan funded initiative of Small & Medium Enterprises Development Authority (SMEDA), Ministry of Industries & Production. SMEDA invites sealed Proposals (Single Stage ? Two Envelope Procedure) from eligible bidders who are registered with PPRA for eProcurement on E-PADS, Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and who are on Active Taxpayers List of the FBR, for procurement of IT Equipment as following: Sr. # Items 1. Qty. Scanner 2. 1 Nos. Printer 3. 1 Nos. Laptops 9 Nos. Bidding documents containing detailed terms and conditions, specification and requirements etc. are available on EPADS and SMEDA website as well as at the below mentioned address. Price of the hard copy of the bidding documents is Rs. 1,000. In order to clarify the bidder?s queries for the captioned work, a pre-bid meeting will be held at 2:30 PM Thursday 29th May, 2025 at the address mentioned below. The Proposals must be submitted on EPADS on or before Tuesday 10th June 2025 by 12:30 PM and will be opened on the same day at 01:00 PM on EPADS at given below address. Interested bidders are required to submit a bid security in original in the form of bank guarantee / pay order / demand draft / call deposit receipt (CDR) in favor of ?Small and Medium Enterprises Development Authority? along with the Technical Proposal at given below address on or before Tuesday 10th June 2025 by 12:30. The technical proposal shall be evaluated according to the criteria given in the RFP. Financial proposals of only technically qualified firms shall be opened and contract will be awarded on a ?Quality and Cost Based Selection (QCBS)? method. Submission of proposals on the E-PADS is mandatory. Interested bidders can also download the complete tender document from the SMEDA website, i.e. www.smeda.org free of cost. SMEDA-SME Credit Scoring Services reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids under PPRA rules. NOTE: Those bidders who have not applied online (e-PADS) will not be considered for further processing. For using the e-PADS, unregistered bidders may first register on website https://eprocure.gov.pk/#/supplier/registration; in case of any technical difficulty in registration or using e-PADS, the prospective bidders may contract PPRA?s technical team.
