| Description | CAPITAL DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY Environment Wing EXPRESSION OF INTEREST In lines with the policy approved by the CDA Board, Expression of interest are hereby invited from the corporate entities to join hands with the CDA and play their role towards beatification of the Islamabad on CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) basis. In this regard some of the prime locations are being offered through this public notice for new landscape designing and Horticultural Development, which are as under: 1. Faizabad Interchange, Islamabad Expressway 2. Sohan Interchange, Islamabad Expressway 3. Khanna Interchange, Islamabad Expressway 4. Koral Interchange, Islamabad Expressway The proposals must include following information ? Landscape Design of the area ? Estimated cost of development to be incurred by the corporate sector ? Financial worth of the firm ? NTN Registration The proposals will be assessed based on design and other parameters. Successful firm/entity will be offered to develop the site according to the approved landscape design and maintain the same for a period of five years which will be extendable with mutual consent of both parties. Limited digital branding as per approved policy will be allowed.
