Earnest Money / Call Deposit in original must be deposit to Accounts Branch of E&M Aiwan e Sadr before Two days of Opening of Tenders and tender Sr No 1 to 4 will be opened in the office of Deputy Director E&M Aiwan-e-Sadr and Sr No 6&7 will be opened in the office of Director Aiwan-e-Sadr, CDA. 03. If any contractor /wants to participate in tender opening process through their representative, then they should issue authority letter on letter head pad of the firm depicting complete valid address a contact numbers along with attested copy of CNIC. 04. This call deposit shall be in addition to the earnest money for the work and shall be deposited at the time of submission of bids. Bids not carrying the Performance Security shall be rejected. The Performance security of the successful bidder shall be released after completion of the project. 05. The Attorney holder may not be the employee of any Government / Semi Government Department. 06. Bid security of all bidders will be deposited in the CDA Account and same will be returned after acceptance of the lowest bid. 07. The prospective bidders are also required to submit their bids online through EPADS at https://eprocure.gov.pk/ before opening date. 08. The Tender Document Will be opened to only those forms having security clearness from Aiwan E Sadr Authority. 09. CDA may reject all bids or proposals at any time prior to acceptance of bid or proposal as per PPRA Rules. 10. The tender Documents will be opened to only those forms having EE01, EE11(vi) for serial no 05 and appropriate code & category (Sr 1,2, 3, 4 and 6,7). 11.
