Chief Engineer Asset Management North NTDC Multan invites sealed bids through ?Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure? on National Competitive Bidding (NCB) basis from eligible firms as defined under IB-3 of Instructions to Bidders of the Bidding Documents, registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and who are on Active Taxpayers List of the Federal Board of Revenue for supply of following quantities of Goods on FCS basis for following equipment. Bidding Documents, containing detailed terms and conditions, etc. are available at Director (Technical) O/o Chief Engineer (A.M) North, NTDC (Convener Purchase Committee) GSO House, Sher Shah Road, Cantt. Multan Telephone No. 92-61-9200207 3. The Bidding Documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders w.e.f. 19th May, 2025, on the submission of a written application to the address above and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of PKR 2,500/- during working days. The documents may be collected in person or may be sent by express mail for an additional fee of PKR 3,000/-. No liability will be accepted for loss in transit or late delivery. 4. Bids must be delivered to the above address at or before 11:00 am, on 04th June 2025. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security amounting to Rs. 168,000/-. Late bids shall be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the Bidder?s representatives, who choose to attend at the above address at 11:30 am on 04th June 2025. 5. The bidders are requested to give their best and final price as no negotiations are expected. 6. The NTDCL will not be responsible for any costs or expenses incurred by Bidders in connection with the preparation and delivery of Bids. 7. The Purchaser reserves the right to reject all bids and to annul the bidding process at any time prior to the contract award as defined in Clause 33(1) of Public Procurement Rules 2004.
