| Description | DISMANTLE MATERIAL OF OFFICIAL VEHICLES FOR AUCTIONS S# Type of Dismantle Material Available for Inspection 1 Dismantle material, tyres, tubes and batteries MPO Directorate H-10 CDA Store 2 Dismantle material of official vehicles Admin Directorate G-7 CDA Pump & Chairman Office CDA i) The above mentioned dismantle material are available as and on same basis. ii) Interested parties can visit above locations to inspect the dismantle material one day before the date of auction. iii) All Income tax / Gst will be paid by successful parties. iv) The auction of dismantle material at serial No. (1) will be held under the supervision of auction committee on 03rd June 2025 (Tuesday) 09:00am at MPO Directorate H-10 Islamabad. v) The auction of dismantle material i.e tyres at serial No. (2) will be held under the supervision of auction committee on 04th June 2025 (Wednesday) 09:00am at Admin Directorate Chairman Office, CDA G-7/4 Islamabad. vi) Interested parties participants in auction process will get token @ Rs.1000/- token fee (non-refundable) is applicable. vii) The bit acceptance / rejection will be intimated within 15 days from the date of auction. viii) Successful parties will deposit 25% of the total bit amount at spot and 75% will be deposited at the request of transfer of procession of the vehicle / dismantle material. ix) The Authority reserves the rights to accept or reject any or all offers at any time as per PPRA Rules.
