| Description | Request for Proposal Small and Medium Enterprises Development Authority (SMEDA) is a statutory body working under the Ministry of Industries and Production (MOI&P) Government of Pakistan for the development and promotion of SMEs in Pakistan. SMEDA invites sealed bids from interested individual consultants having minimum of 15 years of experience in SMEs sector and also strong command on media management, also registered with Income & Sales Tax Departments for the provision of PR & Media Consultancy Services at SMEDA Head Office for the period of one year. 2. RFP document, containing detailed terms and conditions, etc. are available on EPADS as well as at SMEDA, 4TH Floor, Building No. 3, Aiwan ? e- Iqbal Complex, Egerton Road, Lahore. Price of the bidding document is Rs. 500 (Non-Refundable). 3. Proposal must be submitted on EPADS on or before (May 27, 2025 at 2:00 PM); consultants are also required to submit their original proposals at the address given below on or before May 27, 2025 at 2:00 PM. Bids will be opened on the same day at 02:30 pm on EPADS on given below address in presence of the bidders or their authorized representatives who wish to be present. The proposal other than EPADS will not be accepted. Proposals other than EPADS will not be accepted. 4. SMEDA reserves the right to accept or reject any or all submissions as per PPRA rules 2004.
