| Description | Request for Proposal (RFP) [For Consulting Services] 1. Small & Medium Enterprises Development Authority (SMEDA), Ministry of Industries & Production, Government of Pakistan invites Request for Proposal (RFP) via EPADS from the Bidders (Consulting Companies/ Firms), who are on Active Taxpayers List of the Federal Board of Revenue, for executing a grant component of ?SME Certification, Accreditation and Quality Improvement Program?. The method of selection will be Quality and Cost Based. 2. Request for Proposal (RFP) document, containing detailed terms and conditions, etc., is available on EPADS. The RFP document can also be downloaded from www.smeda.org.pk free of cost. 3. The proposals must be submitted on EPADS, and also reach to the office of the undersigned in original on or before May 26, 2025, at 11:00 AM. The submitted proposals will be opened on EPADS on May 26 at 11:30 AM. This advertisement is also available on PPRA website at www.ppra.org.pk. Note: The proposals not submitted on EPADS will be rendered ineligible for evaluation.
