| Description | CAPITAL DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY (Special Project Division-II) TENDER NOTICE The Capital Development Authority invites bids from firms who are well reputed, registered with Pakistan Engineering Council having valid Registration Certificate in category C-6 or above with specialization project code in CE?10 & EE-04 valid for the year 2024-25 who can prove their eligibility and qualification as mentioned in the Bidding Documents for the following project. Up gradation of existing Building of the project titled, ?Antimicrobial Resistance (AMR) and Infection Prevention Control (IPC) Program at NIH Chak Shahzad Islamabad (Balance work) Rs. 230,653/- Rs. 7,688,449/- Quantity and Detail of Items are mentioned in the bidding documents. 1. Bidding documents are available on PPRA E-PADS portal only. No hard copy will be issued 2. Only firms/contractors registered with PPRA on E-PADS as vendors are eligible through online E-PADS bidding . 3. The prospective Bidders are required to submit Bid Security/Earnest Money (refundable) in the form of CDR in favor of Deputy Director-Special Project Div-II, CDA issued from any scheduled bank against firm?s account. Name of firm should be clearly mentioned on instrument. The prospective bidders shall upload scanned copy of Bid Security on E-PADS and original will be submitted to the office of Dy Director Special Project Div-II, CDA before opening of Bids. Pay order is not allowed. 4. The prospective bidders shall upload scanned copy of certictae that is required on Judicial Stamp Paper worth Rs.50/- that their firms are not involved in any litigation. 5. The prospective bidders shall upload scanned copy of certictae that is required on Judicial Stamp Paper worth Rs.50/- for non-relationship in CDA. 6. The prospective bidders are also required to submit their Bids online through E-PADS at http;//eprocure.gov.pk before opening date. Original bids in accordance with the provisions of Rule 36(a) of Public Procurement Rules 2004 and terms & condition defined in the bidding documents must be submitted at the address mentioned below on or before 26.05.2025 at 11:00 AM. 7. The Bids will be opened publicly on the same day i.e.26.05.2025 at 11:30 AM in the presence of Bidder?s authorized Representatives who choose to attend the opening session to be held in the office of Director Special Project, CDA, Room No.50 Old Naval Headquarter, Markaz, G-6, Islamabad. 8. In case of total bid amount is less than 10% below the NIT amount the bidder shall submit additional call as performance security equal to the difference between NIT amount and total quoted amount less than 10% of NIT amount the additional performance guarantee shall be submitted along with the bid. Bid having the rates below 10% of NIT without additional call deposit will be rejected. 9. The Firm providing unsubstantiated and/or incorrect information are liable to legal action and disqualification from the bidding. 10. The Authority reserves the right to reject all the applications as per PPRA Rules 2004. 11. The Advertisement is also available on CDA and PPRA?s websites.
