| Description | Contractors/Firms wishing to have their names pre-qualified should submit the following information: Name of the Firm with full Address, Telephone & Fax No of Head Office and Branch Offices. A copy of article and memorandum of association of Firm/Partnership Deed. Registration with Pakistan Engineering Council; at least having registered in category C-3 or above. Construction Experience of similar nature works successfully carried out during the last 10 years with cost and satisfactory Completion Certificate. Similar Nature Works in Hand. Detail of qualified engineering staff presently employed with the Firm along with registration numbers with Pakistan Engineering Council and proof of employment. Detail of machinery, scaffolding, testing equipment and other tools and plants that would specifically be made available for the project. Documents to substantiate annual turnover (defined as billing for works in progress and works completed) over last 3 years and Banker confirmed line of credit that may be available. Detail of litigation and arbitration cases (if any) in which the Contractor/Firm has been involved. Evidence of registration with Income Tax Department. Affidavit that Firm is not Black Listed/Disqualified by any Government, semi Government or any autonomous Department. Any other document or information, which is considered necessary for Pre-Qualification. The Terms of Reference (TOR?s) can be obtained from the office of undersigned w.e.f 6 May 2025 on payment of processing fee of Rs. 5,000/- (Non-refundable) through Pay Order/ Demand Draft in favor of BCA WELFARE FUND ACCOUNT." |
