DISPOSAL OF UNSERVICEABLE/ DAMAGED STATION BATTERY CELLS OFF-SIZES National Transmission & Despatch Company invites sealed bids for the disposal of under mentioned Unserviceable material i.e. Unserviceable Station Battery Cells Off-sizes lying at A-Type Store, Bakramandi, Rawalpindi on the basis of "AS IS WHERE IS". Lot No. SR No. Description Quantity (Nos) 1 119 Unserviceable Station Batterv Cells Off-sizes 1,023 Nos Terms & Conditions: 1. Material can be Physically Examined up to 26.05.2025 during working hours at A-Type Store, Bakramandi, Rawalpindi (Contact: Mr. Salman Akbar Assistant Manager Store Mobile No: 0346- 9222347/ 051-4262159). 2. Tender documents/ Bid Forms can be purchased at the cost of Rs: 3,000/- (Non-refundable) up to 26.05.2025 during working.from the office of Dy. Manager 500 KV T/L (M) Division (A.M.N) NTDC, 500KV Grid Station Chakbeli Road Rawat. 3. Bid Security/ CDR equal to 10% of bid amount in the favor of Dy. Manager, 500 KV T/L (M) Division (A.M.N) NTDC Rawat must be accompanied with bid. No bid will be accepted without bid security. 4. Tenders/ Bids will be received up to 27.05.2025 (11:00 Hrs.) and will be opened on the same day at 11:30 Hrs. in the office of Dy. Manager, 500 KV T/L (M) Division (A.M.N) NTDC Rawat. 5. Tenders with any cutting/ overwriting and ambiguity will be rejected. 6. All the rights to cancel/alter the schedule of auction are reserved. 7. Applicable General sales tax and any other taxes including income tax will not be included in the bid price and these will be paid separately by the purchaser on the total bid cost. 8. All sales shall be made to the bidder offering the highest price subiect to the approval of competent Authority. 9. The auctioned material will have to be collected by the successful bidder purely on the basis of "AS IS WHERE IS". 10. Quantities, Sizes, Measurements, Nos. and weights as stated in the lists of description are approximate. The stores are sold at the site on the clear understanding that the bidders have inspected and satisfied themselves of the Lot (s) they are bidding for. No complaints after the sale whatsoever shall be entertained. 11. Where stores are sold by weights or numbers, the bidder will be charged for only the actual quantity supplied. 12. After the Final Approval/ issuance of Letter of Acceptance, remaining amount is to be deposited within 21 working days. In case of failure to deposit the balance amount within due date, the bid will be deemed cancelled and CDR amount will be forfeited. 13. The bidder shall follow the instructions issue by the officer in-charge strictly. 14. Only one representative of the company/firm will be allowed to participate in opening of the bid. 15.
