National Transmission and Despatch Company Limited (NTDC) ?the Employer?, intends to get the Works done for Tender No. PD-EHV-08-2025 through NTDC own resources. The Scope of works includes the following: LOT-I: CONSTRUCTION OF STORM WATER DRAINAGE SYSTEM AND OIL & WATER SEPARATION TANK AT 220KV GRID STATION LUDEWALA LOT-II: CONSTRUCTION OF APPROACH ROAD (3M) WIDE IN SWITCH YARD AND TRANSFORMER OIL PIT AT 220KV GRID STATION LUDEWALA LOT-III: SUPPLY AND FIXING OF 220/132KV AUTO TRANSFORMER GRATING AT 220KV GRID STATION LUDEWALA 2. The Employer invites sealed bids from eligible firms or persons licensed by the Pakistan Engineering Council in the appropriate category for the above scope of Works. National Competitive Bidding (NCB) will be conducted in accordance with PEC Single Stage - Two Envelope (SSTE) procedure. 3. For each Lot Bidding Documents, containing detailed terms and conditions, etc. can be purchased on or before May 15, 2025 at the following address during office hours (08:30 am to 04:30 pm). For each Lot, a complete set of Bidding Documents may be purchased by separately an interested Bidder on submission of a written application to the above office upon payment of a non?refundable fee of Rs.5000/- (Rupees Five Thousand Only) from the date of publication of IFB. The method of payment will be by cash or bank draft from any scheduled bank of Pakistan in favor of ?Project Director (EHV) NTDC Lahore?. The detailed qualification criteria is mentioned in the bidding documents. 5. For each Lot, all bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security in the amount not less than 2% of total bid price in Pak. Rupees in the form of Deposit at Call or a Bank Guarantee issued by a Scheduled Bank in Pakistan in favor of the Employer valid for a period up to Twenty-Eight (28) days beyond the bid validity date. 6. For each Lot, the bids prepared in accordance with the instructions in the bidding documents must be delivered to the above office on or before May 16, 2025 at 10:00 hours. Bids will be opened at 10:30 hours on the same day, in the presence of Bidder?s representatives who choose to attend at the same address. 7.
