(SH: EXPENDABLE ITEMS FOR REPAIR OF HELICOPTER FOR AIR TRANSPORT) Rs. 11,503,906 Rs. 345,117/- 09-05-2025 At 11:30 A.M 09-05-2025 At 12:00 Noon TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR BIDDER 1. Biding Documents are available on PPRA, EPADS portal, no hard copy issued. 2. Only firms / contractors registered with PPRA EPADS as vendors are eligible through online EPADS Tendering. 3. The prospective bidders are required to submit bids security / earnest money CDA amounting as mentioned above works in favour of Deputy Director (E&M), PMOH, CDAissued from any local schedule bank against firms account. Name of firms should be clarify mentioned on instrument call deposit at receipt (CDR). The prospective bidders shall upload scan copy of bid security on EPAD and original will be submitted at the opening of bids and payorder is not acceptable. 4. The prospective bidders shall upload scanned copy of certificate is required on original judicial stamp paper for worth of Rs. 500/- there firms are not involved in any litigation and original will be submitted at the time of opening of bids. 5. In case the total bid amount is less than 10% below the NIT amount, the bidder shall submit call deposit as performance security equal to the difference between NIT amount and total quoted amount less 10% of NIT amount. This call deposit shall be in addition to the earnest money for the work and shall be deposited at the time of submission of bids. Bids not carrying the performance security shall be rejected. The performance security of the successful bidder shall be released after completion of the project. 6. The bidders must provide security clearance certificate from administration of 6th Aviation Squadron and Prime Minister?s Office (Public) Building, without security clearance certificate the bid will be considered as disqualified. 7. Work related information may be sought from the office of Deputy Director (E&M), PMOH, CDA. 8. In case of any gazzated / occasional holiday the tender will be open on next working day. 9. The bid security of the bidders will be submitted in CDA account and the same will be refund to the unsuccessful bidders after acceptance of the lowest bid. 10. The bid will be open publically on 09-05-2025 12:00 Noon in the presence of the bidders or representative who chose to attend the opening session to be held in office of Director, Maintenance of Public Buildings, CDA Room No. E-114 in Prime Minister?s Office (Public) building. 11. The authority reserves the right to accept or reject the bid. 12. Advertisement is also available on CDA web site www.cda.gov.pk and PPRA web site www.ppra.gov.pk and E-PADS Portals.
