| Description | Pakistan Nuclear Regulatory Authority invites sealed bids from the original manufacturers / authorized distributors / suppliers /Contractors etc registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and who are on Active Taxpayers List of the Federal Board of Revenue and registered with PEC in the Category C-5 or above for ?Supply and Installation of On-Grid Solar Power System (307 KVA Approx) at PNRA buildings located in Islamabad / Rawalpindi, Peshawar, Multan and Karachi?. Bidding documents, containing detailed specifications, terms and conditions, etc. are can be obtained from the office of Sr. Admin Officer (Procurement), PNRA HQs, Mauva Area G-8/1, Islamabad. Price of the bidding documents is Rs.3,000/- (non-refundable) payable in the shape of Bank Draft / Pay Order in favour of Director Finance, PNRA. No cash payment will be entertained and bidding documents will not be issued through e-mail, courier etc. Bidding documents will be issued during office hours (08:30 hrs to 03:30 hrs) by giving a request on company letterhead along with valid registration with PEC and documents showing the company name is on ATL or FBR Website and DD /Pay order. Single Stage Two Envelope procedure will be followed. Pre-bid meeting will be held on 05-05-2025 (10:30 hrs) at PNRA HQs Islamabad. Last date for submission of bids is 13-05-2025 (11:30 Hrs). Technical Bids will be opened on the same date at 12:00 Hrs. Financial bids of technically qualified bidders will be opened on 28-05-2025 (11:00 hrs) in the presence of all those bidders who wish to attend at the address given below. |
