1. NADRA Regional Head Office Multan, invites sealed bids from the interested bidders, registered with Income Tax & Sales Tax Departments and who are on Active Taxpayers List of the Federal Board of Revenue, for the auction of Miscellaneous Items (list of items available in auction document) from RHO NADRA Multan on ?as is where? basis:-
2. ?Bid for Auction? must be marked on the Top of envelop and must contain following documents:-
a. Earnest money deposit, amounting to Rs.50,000/-, in the name of ?NSRC Disbursement Account RHO NADRA Multan.
b. Income Tax, General Sales Tax Registration Certificates and Proof of being Active Taxpayer.
c. Fresh Certificate on E-Stamp Paper that Bidder is not black listed by any organization.
d. Completely filled bidding documents.
3. The material/items can be inspected at NADRA RHO Stores & MT Park, 1902/7 Shah Shams Road, Near Chowk Rashidabad Multan and DRO Vehari (Plot No. 49/28 Muslim Town Vehari) from 21 Apr 2025 to 05 May 2025 in office working days only.
4. Properly sealed auction envelop marked as ?Bids for Auction? should be sent to Dy. Director (Admin), NADRA Regional Head Office, 221-A, SRA Colony, Multan by mail/hand on/before 06 May 2025 till 1430 Hours.
5. The Auction Bids will be opened on the same day at 1500 Hours in the presence of the bidders representatives, who may like to be present.
6. Minimum Bid validity of 90 days is required from the day of Auction Bid Opening.
7. The Auction Documents along with detail terms and conditions can be obtained from NADRA RHO Multan during working Hours (in working days only) from the day publication to 06 May 2025 (before closing time). |
