| Description | NOTICE FOR INVITING TENDER (XEN-TL-DGK-2025) Sealed Tenders are invited for the under mentioned work. The tenderers shall read carefully the eligibility conditions. The tender shall be evaluated as per eligibility conditions and the tenders shall be issued after fulfilling these conditions and upon production of required documents. Name of Work: WORK OF WELDING & APPLICATION OF ANTI-RUST PAINT UP TO 8 METER WORKS OF TRANSMISSION LINE TOWER NUTS & BOLTS AT 500KV MULTAN-MUZAFFARGARH-I TRANSMISSION LINE UNDER 500KV T/L(M) DIVISION NTDC DG KHAN Tender Fees Rs.2000.00 (Non-Refundable) EARNEST MONEY 3% of the Bid Cost in the shape of CDR issued from any scheduled Bank of Pakistan in favor of undersigned to be produced at the time of opening of tender. ELIGIBILITY 1. Firms registered with Pakistan Engineering Council and renewed / valid up to date in the relevant category with original certificate or registered with NTDC, DISCOS, WAPDA, GENCO etc. 2. Income Tax clearance certificate & return filled with Income Tax Department for financial year 2024-2025. 3. Documentary evidence of experience of the similar nature of work executed duly accompanied by the certificates of satisfactory completion of works issued by the employer. 4. Tender will be issued only to the proprietor of firm or his legally Authorized representative with CNIC (In original). 5. All the Govt. taxes (Federal / Provincial) will be applicable as per relevant Government Notifications. CONDITIONS 1. The Contractor should have the qualified and experienced staff for execution of the above said job. 2. Bidding will be conducted through local competitive bidding (LCB). 3. NTDC will award the contract to the lowest evaluated responsive bidder on overall basis. 4. The NTDC / Employer has the right to reject all bids as per PPRA Rule # 33. 5. Bid covering partial work shall be rejected. 6. Each page of the subject bidding documents shall be signed and stamped by the bidder. Rules 1. All rights under PPRA Rules are reserved. 2. NTDC Black Listing policy is applicable.
