Bidding documents containing detailed requirements, terms and conditions are available for the registered bidders on EPADS at www.eprocure.gov.pk and www.ppra.org.pk. All taxes will be applicable as per rules of Government of Pakistan. All queries related to procurement must reach the office of Dy. Director (Medical-I), Capital Hospital on or before Pre-bid meeting. 4. In case the date of opening is declared as a public holiday by the government or non-working day due to any reason, the next official working day shall be deemed to be the date of submission and opening of tenders accordingly. The time and venue shall remain the same. 5. Bidders may quote for one or more items as per details in bidding document, provided they are duly authorized to supply those items. Financial Bid must contain USB having Excel sheet of all quoted items with rates (only in rupees and in figures). 6. Notification of the GRC constituted in terms of Rule-48 of Public Procurement Rules, 2004 is provided on EPADS at www.eprocure.gov.pk and www.ppra.org.pk.
