National Transmission and Despatch Company Limited (NTDC) a corporate entity constituted after restructuring of WAPDA invites sealed bids for Hiring of Services for Security of NTDC Transmission Lines in South Regions through ?Single Stage Single Envelope Procedure? on National Competitive Bidding (NCB) basis from reputable security companies having No Objection Certificate/Registration with Ministry of Interior/ concerned Home department, Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and who are on Active Taxpayer List of Federal Board of Revenue and Provincial Tax Authorities. 2. Tender Documents containing detailed terms and conditions, etc. are available at the following address given below, during office hours: Chief Engineer (Material Procurement and Management), NTDC 8th Floor, Shaheen Complex, Egerton Road, Lahore, Pakistan. Price of the bidding document is Rs. 3,000/-, the method of payment will be by a non-refundable fee in form of bank draft from any scheduled bank of Pakistan in favor of Chief Engineer (MP&M) NTDC. The documents may be collected in person or may be sent by courier service for an additional fee of Rs. 1000/-. No liability will be accepted for loss or late delivery in such case. Bidding Document can also be downloaded from NTDC Website i.e. www.ntdc.com.pk free of cost for review. However, Purchase of Bidding Document is compulsory for participation. 4. The bids, prepared in accordance with the instructions in the bidding document, must reach at above address on or before 18th April, 2025 at 11:00 AM PST. The bids must be submitted through e-PADS as well before the bid submission deadline. Bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM PST.
