OFFICE SPACE REQUIRED ON RENT IN LAHORE
National Transmission & Dispatch Company NTDC is a public Sector Company. The company intends to hire a commercially located building for its offices with covered area ranging between 150,000 Sq. ft. to 2,00,000 Sq. ft. (fully furnished/semi furnished) in the shape of single premises /adjacent floors having following facilities:
i. Properly distempered/painted and well maintained.
ii. Availability of ample parking space for more than 250 vehicles (150 Cars & 100 Motorbikes).
iii. Passage for emergency exit from the building.
iv. Uninterrupted dedicated 24 hrs. Passengers lift.
v. Availability of all necessary utilities including clean drinking water, Electricity, Landline Telephone connection, etc.).
vi. Backup power/Generator system.
vii. HVAC System.
viii. Dedicated passage of disabled person.
ix. Prayer area (separately for men & women) on each floor and a mosque accessible within a 10-minutes? walk.
x. Sufficient number of toilets (separately for men & women) on each floor.
xi. Proper Security arrangement and CCTV Camera.
xii. Fire prevention/safety & Firefighting system including its maintenance.
xiii. Water, Sewerage regular maintenance & Janitorial services etc.
xiv. Adequacy of rain water drainage on main & auxiliary roads in the vicinity of building.
2. The ideal location may be located in any commercial area of Lahore preferably on Mall Road, Main Boulevard Gulberg, Jail Road, Ferozepur Road, Model Town, Garden Town or nearby vicinity of above locations, easily accessible via local transport with minimal rush hour-congestion.
3. Preference will be given to places/ buildings having some reputed institution?s linkage and providing better upgraded facilities. The building to be offered should carry a corporate look & environment.
4. Interested parties are required to submit their sealed offer on single plain paper containing detailed information about above mentioned required facilities and giving per square feet rates alongwith all terms and conditions latest by 28-March-2025 upto 11.00 am, which will be opened on the same day at 11.30 am in the presence of all qualified bidders or their authorized representatives, who wish to be present. The offer, in addition to above details, must also have following information:
i. Name of bidder/owner
ii. Present and correspondence address
iii. Income Tax No. in case of company/CNIC No. in case of individual
iv. Proof of Ownership and letter of authority by the owner (in case of marketing agent).
v. Bid declaration on the prescribed format as available on PPRA website.
vi. Drawings/Pics of the offered building and any other relevant information.

6. No brokerage / commission will be paid. The advance rent of premises will be paid on monthly or on quarterly basis. Bidders are allowed to give their offer for advance rent or security, if any.
7. NTDC reserves the right to accept or reject any or all offers/ quotations in accordance with the relevant laws/PPRA Rules.
8. The validity of the offered Bid will be 180-days from the last date of its submission.
