| Description | INVITATION FOR BIDS PROCUREMENT OF IT HARDWARE Tender Document No. CE-EHV1-01(R)-2021 National Transmission and Dispatch Company (NTDC) invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders having similar nature of experience for the Procurement of IT Hardware i.e. Laptops, Heavy Duty Multifunction, Multiple Tray B/W, double side Printer(Copier/ printer /Scanner), Photocopy Machine (B/W) and Desktop LaserJet Printers (B/W) 1.National competitive bidding will be conducted in accordance with NTDC/PPRA?s Single stage, one envelope procedure and is open to all Bidders from within Pakistan. 2.Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from NTDC (Purchaser) at the address given below, from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm. All Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security amounting to 2% of the total quoted price. Late bids shall be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the Bidders? representatives, who choose to attend at the above address at [11.30 am on May 17th , 2021]. 5.The NTDC will not be responsible for any costs or expenses incurred by Bidders in connection with the preparation or delivery of Bids. 6.NTDC reserves all rights to reject any or all the bids without assigning any reason whatsoever. |
