NADRA Regional Head Office Multan, invites sealed bids from the interested suppliers/firms, registered with Income Tax & Sales Tax Departments and who are on Active Taxpayers List of the Federal Board of Revenue, for the provision, installation, testing & commissioning of following Generators for the Offices of NADRA Multan Region:- Sr Type of Equipment Description Qty Description 1.1 Generators 200 KVA 01 Detailed specifications of all type of Generators are provided in the tender documents. 1.2 25 KVA 09 1.3 20 KVA 15 2. Bids will be processed through ?Single Stage Two Envelop Procedure?. ?Technical Bids? must be marked on the Top of envelop and must contain following documents:- 2.1 Technical Specification (on Bidders letterhead) of Generators offered. 2.2 Copy of Income Tax, GST Registration Certificates and Proof of being Active Taxpayer. 2.3 Fresh Certificate on legal paper to the effect that their firm has never been blacklisted. 2.4 All documents required for technical evaluation (as detailed in the Tender Documents). 2.5 Completely filled Technical Bidding Documents except last page of Financial Bid. 3. ?Financial Bids? accompanied by CDR/SDR (2% of Total Bid amount) as bid security be sealed in separate envelop which must be marked on the top of envelop. 4. Both, separately packed in envelops, Technical & Financial Bids subscribed ?Bids for Generators? must reach at NADRA Regional Head Office, 221-A, SRA Colony, Multan by mail/hand on or before 28 Apr 2021 till 1130 Hours. 5. The Technical Bids for Generators will be opened on the same day at 1200 Hours in the presence of the Suppliers / Firms representatives, who may like to be present. 6. Financial Bids will be opened after completion of Technical Evaluation and opening date/time will be informed to all successful bidders of Technical Evaluation. 7. Minimum Bid validity of 120 days is required from the day of Bid Opening. 8. The Technical & Financial Bidding Documents along with detail terms and conditions can be obtained from NADRA RHO Multan during working Hours (in working days only) from day of publication to 28 Apr 2021 (before closing time) by submitting Demand Draft/Pay Order of Rs.500 (Non-Refundable) in the Name of ?NSRC Disbursement Account RHO NADRA Multan?. |
